👏 Mattermost Clap Integration

1. Create a »Slash Command« in your Mattermost instance
2. Set »https://mattermost-clap.app.pixelbrackets.de/hook/« as »Request URL«
3. Select a command trigger word, for example »clap«
4. Type /clap and any sentence to trigger the command
